Prior to joining Mezrah Financial, Mary was a Senior Design Analyst at Management Compensation Group - Chicago for over 7 years and has been at various other M Financial offices for the past 20 years. At MCG - Chicago she was responsible for the financial modeling of various executive benefit plans including deferred compensation programs, supplemental executive retirement plans and split dollar plans. More specifically, Mary was involved in analyzing existing plans, writing reports, consulting with clients who were primarily Fortune 1000 companies and later was extensively involved in the administration of plans from a systems perspective.
At Mezrah Financial, her case design duties include the design, funding and implementation of non-qualified benefit plans, estate preservation plans and business succession programs as well as corporate case administration. In addition, she is responsible for maintaining the proprietary insurance software that is used in projecting insurance policy performance.
